Lene Kristensen- Managing director /Owner
Summit 365 was established during the pandemic in 2020. When everything came to a halt, it was time to figure out what I would work on in the future. It turned out that a limitation became an opportunity. Working with events and travel is something I am truly passionate about! The time had come to establish my own business – Summit365!
In my baggage, I bring knowledge and experience from employers such as 62Nord, Rudskogen / OnTrackEvent and VNTX.
Several skilled minds and hands are brought in according to the size and complexity of the project. It may be that I seek collaboration during concept development or in execution.

On the team, I often invite a couple of my close and good partners.
Offbeat Adventures
Anniken Aakvik is a former colleague at the Sunnmørs company 62 Nord. Anniken is a delightful person who assists in various areas as a local guide and facilitator for events and trips in Sunnmøre, Møre and Romsdal. Her trademark is GENUINE and LOCAL. She brings guests into her fantastic backyard. She is not only concerned with sustainability but demonstrates it through her locally sourced trips and the use of local collaborators. No one is better at guiding and telling good stories from places ‘where nobody thought anyone could live.’ Anniken lives and works in her hometown Sjøholt, right in the middle of the major attractions inland and along the fjords and mountains of Sunnmøre. She is familiar with everything exciting and unique in terms of locations and tourism operators in this region.

Veronica Flinck / Micro Events
Veronica is a genuinely warm person who is concerned that everyone should feel good around her. She works 30% to raise funds for the “Children’s Fund” but still has a great passion for finding exciting hotels and destinations that offer truly unique food experiences.
She has worked for many years in the travel industry (HRG) and is also a founder and co-owner of various event companies. She is a quality-conscious lady who charmingly speaks ‘Svorsk(Swedish/Norwegian)’ We can point to several successful collaborative projects over many years in the industry.

Family and friends
Friends or family are available when there is a need for a DJ, tour guide, skipper or instructor.
My former colleague and friend, Jan Erik, and his classic sailboat from 1939, the nine-meter “Nanna,” can also be offered to small management groups or for occasions where sailing and teamwork are on the agenda.
Partner Svein is a handy craftsman who works as a sailmaker. He is my ‘wingman’ who gives the rigging that extra touch; whether it’s a custom sail canopy, a specially designed bar counter, or if we need crew on board for a regatta.

They offer a quality-checked network of local DMCs (Destination Management Companies) that provide tailor-made experiences for B2B upon request in various destinations in over 130 countries. They have established headquarters in Stockholm and global offices in 10 countries.

The cherry on top
We have a close collaboration with Norway’s foremost sustainability-focused profile provider. Communicative gift and product ideas are an important resource to showcase the company and create a ‘common thread’ during a trip or through an event.”
