We aim to strengthen the bonds among friends and colleagues through meaningful experiences in a time where remote work and hybrid solutions have become the new normal.
The journey is the goal – teamwork in practice
The everyday journey in our daily lives can be easily described and experienced as a physical adventure in nature. One of my favorites is a spring ski trip on Senja from ‘sea to summit.’ Experiencing the joy and excitement of skiing down untouched snow from the summit to the shore is truly indescribable.
The road to the destination is a journey filled with challenges, mastery, and fantastic experiences. It’s about giving your best to enjoy the reward that awaits.
The ascent is half the fun. You manage your energy by walking at a pace that works for everyone in the group. The reward awaits at the top, where a break with a view and rest is waiting. You are now halfway through the journey.
The descent adds extra excitement and challenges your physical fitness, navigation, and visibility. How are others in the group doing? Perhaps someone needs encouragement, a short rest, or a drink break. Is the wind too strong or visibility poor? Ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally so that no blisters spoil the joy.
The ability to sense and attend to others’ needs and collectively reach the goal becomes very evident through experiences with friends or colleagues outdoors or in settings other than the office, home, or workplace.”
Scenery provides insight, and why the name Summit365
Hiking in the mountains, on skis, or on foot, has always been my passion, as reflected on the website through pictures from experiences with clients, friends, or family.
Scenic views in beautiful nature inspire positive and creative thinking towards new challenges. In a figurative sense, Summit means ‘reaching the peak – a high point – a climax.’
«’A gathering of high-priority leaders, professionals, and employees convened to shape a program that leads to action.»
